Terms for Using This Site

These Terms & Conditions govern use of Roseau County Busted Mugshots. By using the site, a visitor agrees to them. A visitor who does not agree should not use the site.

Roseau County Busted Mugshots is privately owned and has no affiliation with a government body, sheriff, jail, or corrections office. Neither the site nor its advertising partners provides a consumer reporting service, a private investigation service, or FCRA-covered services for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening.

Nature of the Site

This is a reference site that helps visitors find public-source paths for Roseau County custody, booking, and court information. It does not store official records, operate a government roster, or speak for the Roseau County Sheriff's Office. It cannot confirm custody, arrange a release, file a document, or provide legal advice.

Public offices have their own data duties under Minnesota law. For example, Minnesota Statutes section 13.03 concerns certain public-data access requests. Those obligations do not apply to this private site.

  • Make hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or similar screening decisions from site content
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the site or its services
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools without written permission
  • Interfere with site operation or another visitor's access

No Consumer Reporting Service

  • Licensing, permit, or government-program eligibility decisions
  • Any other use regulated by the FCRA

Links and Outside Services

The site may link to government portals, jail rosters, court pages, corrections resources, legal-aid sources, and outside search tools. A link does not mean we endorse that destination. We do not control its content, privacy practices, data handling, availability, or terms, and visitors should review those terms before using it.

No Warranties

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no promise that it will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

  • Contact details, office practices, and public links may change
  • Outside portals can be unavailable or delayed
  • Technical issues can affect access or display
  • Partner search results may be incomplete or unavailable

Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing on this site is an official statement from a government agency.
